2) Shane Bond
Shane Bond is one of the replacement options Mumbai Indians must target if they relieve Mahela Jayawardene as the Head Coach. The Kiwi pacer has been the bowling coach for the franchise for a while now. Bond has already shown in other coaching assignments that he brings some fresh ideas to the table as the Head Coach. 3) Justin Langer
Justin Langer is without a coaching job right now. He recently resigned as the Head Coach of Australia. There were rumours that he would coach England going forward. However, that has not happened. An IPL assignment could lure the Aussie and Mumbai Indians should try that. Langer recently coached Australia to lift the 2022 T20 World Cup. Hence, he has the formula to win a T20 tournament. Mumbai Indians should try to convince him to take up the role.
