Kochi Tuskers Kerala was an IPL franchise which participated only in the 2011 edition of the Indian Premier League. KTK joined the league along with the Pune Warriors team in that season. Neither Kochi nor Pune could make it big in the tournament, and both teams were out of the tournament after the 2013 season.

Many IPL fans still remember Kochi Tuskers Kerala because it is the only franchise to have represented the state of Kerala in the league. Also, it is the only IPL team against whom Sachin Tendulkar scored a century.

KTK played their last IPL match on May 18, 2011 against the Chennai Super Kings. Parthiv Patel captained KTK in that game, and CSK won by 11 runs. Four players from that match are part of IPL 2023. Here’s a list of those four names.
