1. Rahul Chahar made his IPL debut for Rising Pune Supergiant
Rahul Chahar was a 17-year-old youngster when he donned the Rising Pune Supergiant in the Indian Premier League. Chahar went on to become a match-winner and then played for the Indian cricket team in the ICC T20 World Cup 2021.
2. Rahul Tripathi made his IPL debut for Rising Pune Supergiant
Rahul Tripathi is another player named Rahul who started his IPL career with RPS and then earned a place in the Indian squad. He earned his maiden national call-up for the upcoming T20I series against the Ireland cricket team.
3. Deepak Chahar
Not many fans would know that Deepak Chahar was a part of the Rajasthan Royals squad in the early 2010s, but he made his IPL debut for RPS in 2016/17. He is one of the top pace-bowling all-rounders of India at the moment.
4. Washington Sundar
Off-spin bowling all-rounder Washington Sundar was once the number one bowler of India on the ICC T20I Rankings for bowlers. Like the other three names on this list, even Sundar started his IPL career with RPS and then earned a call-up to the Indian squad. It will be interesting to see if any of the four names on this list are picked in the Indian squad for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2022.
