    4 players who never played for Mumbai Indians in IPL but will play for MI Cape Town in CSA T20 League

Now, Mumbai Indians team owners are looking forward to extending their dominance in different parts of the world as they have bought two teams, namely MI Cape Town and MI Emirates.

    MI Emirates will play in the new International League T20 of the United Arab Emirates, while MI Cape Town will feature in CSA’s new T20 League. Earlier today, Cricbuzz reported that Mumbai Indians team owners have signed five players for the Cape Town franchise. Interestingly, only one of them, Dewald Brevis, has played for Mumbai in the IPL.

    1. Kagiso Rabada will play for MI Cape Town

    The rules of CSA T20 League allowed the six franchises to sign one local marquee player. MI roped in IPL 2020 Purple Cap winner Kagiso Rabada. He played for the Delhi Capitals in IPL until 2021 before moving to Punjab Kings earlier this year. PBKS do not own a franchise in CSA T20 League.

    2. Liam Livingstone will play for MI Cape Town

    Another Punjab Kings player to feature on the list is Liam Livingstone. The finisher from England will represent Cape Town in the CSA T20 League.

    3. Sam Curran

    England all-rounder Sam Curran has played for CSK and PBKS in the IPL. However, in the CSA T20 League, he will play for the Cape Town franchise.

    4. Rashid Khan

    Afghanistan’s leg-spin bowler Rashid Khan started his IPL journey with SRH before switching to the Gujarat Titans in 2022. He will be a member of the Cape Town team in CSA T20 League.
