Rohit Sharma followed his footsteps and has hit 213 sixes in his IPL career so far. Royal Challengers Bangalore’s captain Virat Kohli is the only other Indian batsman to surpass the 200 sixes milestone.

MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma are the only two cricketers to play 200 IPL matches in their career. Both batsmen began playing in the league in the year 2008.

To date, Dhoni has played 204 IPL matches, while Rohit has appeared in 200 games. Suresh Raina could have also accomplished this feat. Unfortunately, he skipped IPL 2020 because of personal reasons.

2. Played for one Maharashtra team and one team from South India
