Indian all-rounders are among the best in the world right now. There was a time when India would struggle to have a quality all-rounder in the team, but that issue has been solved in recent years, with several top all-rounders emerging from the nation.
A majority of the top Indian all-rounders are spin-bowling all-rounders, but there have been some exceptional pace-bowling all-rounders as well. One of the major milestones for an all-rounder is to score 500 runs and take 50 wickets in the same year. Here are five Indian players who have achieved the feat:

2. One of the top Indian all-rounders – Irfan Pathan
Irfan Pathan is the best left-arm pace-bowling all-rounder to represent India at the international level. Pathan achieved this record twice as well, with the years being 2005 and 2006.
3. Harbhajan Singh
Harbhajan Singh started as a specialist off-spinner. However, as the years passed, his contribution with the bat increased. In 2010, he finished with 500+ runs and 50+ wickets.
4. Ravichandran Ashwin
Another off-spin bowling all-rounder to appear on this list is Ravichandran Ashwin. The current Indian all-rounder accomplished the feat in 2012 and 2016.
5. Ravindra Jadeja
The only Indian left-arm spin-bowling all-rounder on the list is Ravindra Jadeja. The southpaw achieved the double for the first time in 2013 and then in the year 2023 again.
