    The race to the playoffs was more intense than ever. Sunrisers Hyderabad finished fourth with 12 points, while Royal Challengers Bengaluru finished last with 11 points. Such was the level of competition that season. While fans would remember the aforementioned things about IPL 2019, they may not remember that the following five players were involved in that tournament as well.

    Colin Ingram was a part of the newly rebranded Delhi Capitals team that season. He played four matches and scored 84 runs at a strike rate of less than 120.

    Matt Kelly is an Australian fast bowler, who joined the Kolkata Knight Riders as a replacement during the 2019 season. Unfortunately for Kelly, he had to return home without playing any matches.

    Jagadeesha Suchith’s career dwindled after he left the Mumbai Indians. Not many fans would remember that the uncapped all-rounder turned up for the Delhi Capitals in 2019 and played just one match.

    4. Prayas Ray Barman

    16-year-old mystery spinner Prayas Ray Barman became the talk of the town after he bagged a deal from Royal Challengers Bengaluru in IPL. He played just one match though, where SRH batters destroyed him.

    5. Prashant Chopra

    Uncapped wicketkeeper batter Prashant Chopra turned up for the Rajasthan Royals that season. Even he received just a solitary match, where he did not get to bat.
