In a recent incident, a social media user went beyond the boundaries of trolling while targeting Aakash Chopra, a former cricketer turned cricket analyst. Chopra, known for his insightful analysis, found himself in the crosshairs of a particularly audacious troll.

The spark ignited during one of Chopra’s video analysis of a cricket match, shared on his Twitter (now X) account. Seizing the opportunity, a fan took a screenshot of Chopra’s cricket career stats and labeled him a “failed cricketer.”

This derogatory remark didn’t go unnoticed by Chopra, who swiftly responded to the troll with a retort that left no room for further argument.

“Please explain your career too. What is this? How can you talk about cricket? When you are a failed cricketer,” the fan had posted about Aakash Chopra.

“I googled you…found no career in cricket or otherwise. Going by your logic, how can you talk about me?? When you a __ person in life? On a serious note: get a life, my friend Love you,” Aakash Chopra replied to the fan.

Meanwhile, talking about Aakash Chopra’s cricket career. He had a fantastic first-class record, for which he was called-up to the Indian Test team. He made his Test debut against New Zealand in 2003 and played his last match for the team in 2004. He played a total of 10 matches and scored 437 runs at an average of 23.
