Soon after, he was taken out by the security officials and according to the latest development, the ICC has banned him from attending any more World Cup matches

It will be interesting to see if the crazy fan crashes the party once again. The security measures will be very tight in that match. Hence it seems highly unlikely that we will see the crazy fan in any of the matches during the ICC ODI World Cup.
