Following which, the criticism took another step. And meanwhile everyone is criticising Virat, Pakistan team captain Babar Azam made a post on Twitter, talking in support of Virat Kohli. He posted that this phase will pass soon and asked him to remain strong.

Meanwhile, Kohli has not been included in the Indian squad for the upcoming West Indies tour starting later this month. According to reports Kohli had sought rest from the West Indies tour. For this reason, earlier he was not selected in the ODI team and now he has not been included in the T20 team announced.

Kohli’s performance in all three formats this year has not been special, but his stature is so big that he cannot be dropped early. However, given the way Kohli has taken rest after every series this year, some tough decisions can be seen in the times to come.
