Well, the obvious doubt of many is if Jofra would participate in IPL 2022 although he has already been ruled out of it. The interaction between Jofra and MI further stirred up the discussion.

Mumbai Indians have taken a punt with Jofra
Mumbai Indians focussed a lot on the future at the IPL 2022 Mega-Auctions. Despite his injury record, MI stretched themselves to hire Jofra Archer. The bowling partnership with Jasprit Bumrah appears extremely delicious but it needs to be seen how Jofra would perform once he comes back from injury. Moreover, it is not sure if ECB would allow Jofra to play in IPL considering his vulnerability to injuries. Despite all these factors, MI has spent a lot of money on the player.
