According to the schedule to be announced, India will play Pakistan in the group match on September 2 in Kandy.
India and Pakistan are expected to finish their groups as A1 and A2. On the other hand, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are expected to be the two qualifying teams. However, if Nepal and Afghanistan can qualify, then they will replace these teams in the Super Four.
Now, if both India and Pakistan qualify for the Super Four, they will meet on September 10 in the next stage, which is an A1 vs A2 game. Meanwhile, if both teams can end the Super Four at the top, then they will also meet in the final of the tournament on September 17.
