J Suchith replaced Shreyas Gopal in the Sunrisers Hyderabad playing XI. The left-arm spin bowler dismissed Virat on the first ball of the match. Virat attempted a flick towards the leg-side, and the ball went straight towards the fielder in the mid-wicket region. SRH captain Kane Williamson made no mistake while taking the catch as Kohli returned to the dressing room.

Talking about what happened at the toss first, Faf du Plessis won the toss and here’s what he said at the toss:

“We will have a bat first. It’s nice to see Kane lose a toss. We’ve got the same team. Big confidence for the group from the previous game. Nice thing with our bowling attack. We have got quite a lot of options. Siraj is doing the work well in the nets and he’s training hard – the performances will come.”
