Mumbai Indians are the defending champions of the IPL. They have a strong squad this year, but they will miss the services of their Sri Lankan legend Lasith Malinga. The right-arm quick is the highest wicket-taker in IPL history, and James Pattinson has taken his place in the IPL this year.

Chennai Super Kings will also miss their two experienced Indian stars Harbhajan Singh and Suresh Raina. Also, this will be the first time in IPL that the stadiums will not be full. All teams successfully completed their quarantine and now, no one would want to risk their health by contacting anyone outside the bio-bubble.

This IPL will be a new normal cricket tournament, where there will be no celebrations like before. The way England is hosting the series against Australia, the same way full IPL 2020 will be conducted, will have all the protocols and regulations in place.

IPL 2020 promises to be the most competitive season of all time because almost every player has zero match practice. Some foreign players have been playing cricket in the last few months, but none of the Indian players have any match practice.

The teams will have to form new schedules so as to balance their injury concerns. RCB, KXIP, and DC will look to end their title drought in IPL 2020, whereas SRH and RR will try to win their second IPL trophies. Also, MI will look to win their first title in an even year, while CSK and KKR are among the top candidates to win.

Here is the complete schedule of IPL 2020.
