The second match of the ICC Cricket World Cup Super League series between the Pakistan cricket team and the West Indies cricket team is currently underway in Multan. The Men in Green won the toss and decided to bat first. Shadab Khan was involved in a heart-touching moment on the field during the first innings.

Speaking about the match between the Pakistan cricket team and the West Indies cricket team, the Men in Green lost the wicket of Fakhar Zaman early, but the duo of Babar Azam and Imam-ul-Haq smashed a fifty each to place the home team in a decent position. Imam got run out after scoring 72 runs off 72 deliveries, while Babar lost his wicket on 77 runs.

The Pakistan cricket team had a mini-collapse then as Mohammad Rizwan got out for 15 runs, while Mohammad Haris and Mohammad Nawaz failed to touch double digits. Shadab Khan and Khushdil Shah then arrived in the middle. Both players aggregated 22 runs each.

During Khan’s 23-ball innings, there was a moment where a fan passed the security and arrived in the middle to salute the all-rounder. Seeing his salute, Khan decided to hug the fan as he celebrated on his back.
