The excitement for the IPL 2024 is at peak as the players have now started at their respective team’s training camp. Avesh Khan, the Indian pace bowler who has been traded from the Lucknow Super Giants to the Rajasthan Royals ahead of the new season, recently joined the Royals training and during a chat game, he revealed that he is scared of RCB fans going into the 2024 season.

The story dates back to the IPL 2023 match between the Royal Challengers Bangalore and Lucknow Super Giants where the latter won the match by just 1 wicket. After the winning, Avesh Khan was pumped-up as he celebrated winning the match aggressively as if it was him who hit the winning runs.

While speaking to the Rajasthan Royals media in a multiple choice questions and answer game, Avesh Khan was asked “Who are you most scared of? No ball? Wide ball? Full toss? RCB fans?” To which, Avesh Khan replied that he is more scared of RCB fans.

After terrific IPL 2021 and 2022 season, Avesh Khan was rather underwhelming last season, taking only 8 wickets from 9 matches with average of 35.38 and economy rate of 9.76. As a result, he has been traded to the Rajasthan Royals ahead of the IPL 2024 season, while Devdutt Padikkal has gone the other way.
