Middle-Order: Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant, Dinesh Karthik

In the middle-order, we have gone with as usual with Virat Kohli coming in at number 3 position and is being followed by Suryakumar Yadav, who with his impressive skill of shotmaking has impressed the fans.

Then afterwards, the position of the batters will vary on situation of the match and might not be followed as we have mentioned here. At number 5 we have gone with wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant while Dinesh Karthik will assume the role of a finisher at number 6.

    All-Rounders: Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja

The two all-rounders whom we have picked in our Playing XI are Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja. While Hardik Pandya is a sureshot, Ravindra Jadeja’s place in the team will depend on the opposition team and the condition of the pitch. Ravichandran Ashwin could be utilised instead of Jadeja.

Bowlers: Arshdeep Singh, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Yuzvendra Chahal

With Bumrah missing from the squad due to injury, Bhuvneshwar Kumar will be Team India’s lead bowler for the tournament. He will be accompanied by Arshdeep Singh who has really established himself in the Indian team after making his debut against England. Arshdeep has been a great addition, he can swing the new ball and has been the answer to their death bowling woes as well. Meanwhile, Yuzvendra Chahal is certain in the Playing XI.
