The 2021 T20 World Cup was a nightmare for Indian fans. India lost to Pakistan by 10 wickets in their opening match. New Zealand tamed the Indians as well. The jersey was not the best one either, and the kit became a bad memory for the fans.

BCCI unveiled a new kit for the 2022 T20 WC. It was a decent jersey with light blue and dark blue shades. There was some designing on the jersey as well. Overall, it was quite good to look but not the best one.

Adidas joined the BCCI as the new kit sponsor in 2023. Just before the ICC World Test Championship Final, the new apparel sponsor unveiled India’s new kits for Tests, ODIs and T20Is. They looked fantastic with the three white stripes being the standout feature.

MPL won the hearts of the Indian cricket fans when it released the retro kit of the Indian team in late 2020. It was a perfect emotional jersey for the fans. The Indian team donned that kit in the away series against Australia and Sri Lanka in 2020 and 2021 as well as the home series against England.

Teen Ka Dream is the new kit campaign launched by Adidas ahead of the ODI World Cup 2023. It has three stripes on the shoulder, but the stripes are of saffron, white and green color. It is the same as the Indian flag’s tricolor. The Indian fans have absolutely loved this jersey.
