He has not been able to smash boundaries at will. Even playing long innings has been a problem for him. It will be better for the Men in Blue if Jadeja scores big in the two warm-up matches.
2. Who are the 3 middle-order batters for India?
India’s top three is settled. Rohit Sharma will open the batting with Shubman Gill. Virat Kohli is confirmed to bat at number three. But it is still not known who will be the number four, five and six for the Indian team.
Hardik Pandya is confirmed to take one of the three spots, leaving out two positions for Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul, Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav. Rahul seems to have locked his spot as well. Hence, India will have to pick one between Yadav, Kishan and Iyer soon.
