Another famous Bangladeshi player to feature on this list is the left-handed batsman Tamim Iqbal. The explosive opening batsman had played a match-winning knock against India in the ICC World Cup 2007. Iqbal once earned a contract from Pune Warriors. Unfortunately, he could not make his IPL debut.
4.Vernon Philander
Vernon Philander had earned the respect of everyone with his phenomenal performances in Test cricket. The medium-pacer wreaked havoc with his swinging deliveries. However, he could not continue the same form in white-ball cricket. Philander has played in many T20 leagues, but not in the IPL.

Denesh Ramdin from West Indies had come into the limelight after he performed well in international cricket. However, just like Mushfiqur Rahim, Ramdin could never earn an IPL deal because he was an overseas wicket-keeper.
