RCB captain Faf du Plessis won the toss and decided to bowl first, but the decision did not work in his team’s favor as Jonny Bairstow launched an all-out assault in the powerplay overs.

He improved his performance further tonight at the Brabourne Stadium, racing to another fifty in the Punjab Kings jersey. The Punjab Kings opener scored 66 runs off just 29 balls, smacking four fours and seven sixes.

Fans present at the Brabourne Stadium enjoyed the power-hitting from Bairstow as he took advantage of the batter-friendly conditions and hit the RCB bowlers all around the ground.
