The final match of the ICC World Test Championship series between the Pakistan cricket team and the Australian cricket team is currently underway at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The Australian cricket team won the toss and decided to bat first. Four batters scored a half-century for the Australian cricket team in the first innings. David Warner lost his wicket to Shaheen Afridi.
While Afridi dismissed Warner and Marnus Labuschagne in quick succession, the quartet of Usman Khawaja, Cameron Green, Steven Smith and Alex Carey recorded a fifty each to guide the Australian cricket team to a total of 391 runs in the first innings. Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah picked up four wickets each for the Pakistan cricket team.
In reply, the Pakistan cricket team batted for 116.4 overs but managed only 268 runs. The fans saw a defensive batting performance from the home side as they faced 700 deliveries and scored 268 runs. Azhar Ali and skipper Babar Azam scored a fifty each. However, the Pakistan cricket team lost their last seven wickets for 20 runs and got all out for 268 runs.
