Even though the IPL season is over, the talk about the World’s biggest T20 league is still on, and all due to the fact that there is 2 new IPL franchises are on for sale and many business houses, corporates have shown interest, but the latest being the Bollywood star couple Ranveer Singh and his wife Deepika Padukone.

Dinesh Karthik took some time out to react to a fan sharing the news that Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh and his wife and Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is bidding for one of the 2 new IPL franchises.
Dinesh Karthik gave a hilarious reaction to the news, he tweeted that their team’s jersey will be very interesting. All the people who follows Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, knows that their fashion sense is quite interesting, thus Karthik believes that if they get their IPL franchise, their team’s jersey will be the most interesting.

IPL 2022 to have 2 new franchises
The BCCI had earlier announced that 2 new franchises will be introduced from the IPL 2022 season. The tender document was made available in August and October 21 was the last date to pick up the ITT (Invitation To Tender) document, which was available for 10 Lakh INR.
News emerges that a number of business houses, including the Adani Group and Sanjeev Goenka Group, English Premeir League club Manchester United’s owners the Glazer Family are among the many to have picked up the Tender document.
The sale of the 2 new IPL franchises will be done on 25th of October in Dubai, and thus it will be interesting to see who will turn up for the bidding process. Must note that the base price for each franchises has been set at 2000 crore INR. The list of cities who are on line to have their IPL franchise are Guwahati, Cuttack, Ahmedabad, Dharamshala, Lucknow and Ranchi. However, it seems like Ahmedabad, who owns the world’s biggest cricket stadium, and Lucknow seems the favourite, but that depends on the winning bidder to choose.
