Gujarat Titans opener Shubman Gill seems to have had a bad experience with a popular food delivery application. The right-handed batter tagged the world’s richest man Elon Musk on Twitter and asked him to buy Swiggy so that they can improve their food delivery.
Gill is currently in the IPL 2022 bio-bubble and playing for the Gujarat Titans team. It looks like he ordered his favorite dish from Swiggy, but they failed to deliver it on time. Interestingly, Swiggy is one of the sponsors of this year’s Indian Premier League season.
However, Shubman Gill probably did not think much about it and wrote on Twitter:

Shubman Gill had two good knocks but his performance has dipped: Aakash Chopra
While Shubman Gill is unhappy with Swiggy, former Indian cricket team opener Aakash Chopra is not satisfied with the way the Gujarat Titans star has batted in his last few IPL innings.
“GT’s batting is looking a little weak to be very honest. Shubman Gill had two good knocks but his performance has dipped after that, which is not good. He is due for runs,” said Aakash Chopra on his YouTube channek.
The Gujarat Titans will play their next match against the Royal Challengers Bangalore tomorrow afternoon at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. It will be interesting to see how Gill performs in that game. He is likely to score big given that he has played some good knocks in IPL 2022.
The Ahmedabad-based franchise are close to qualifying for the IPL 2022 playoffs. A win against the Royal Challengers Bangalore should be enough for them to book a place in the next round.
