Rishabh Pant has smashed a magnificent century off just 89 balls in the final match of the ICC World Test Championship series against the England cricket team. Pant has played some attacking shots in his inning, and one of them was a fantastic reverse slog off James Anderson’s bowling which sent the ball above the slip fielders.

Speaking of the final match of the ICC World Test Championship series between the Indian cricket team and the England cricket team, new English skipper Ben Stokes won the toss and decided to have a bowl at Edgbaston. Here’s what Stokes said at the toss:

“We’re going to have a bowl. We’ve done pretty well chasing but the toss was pretty much dictated overhead. The wicket looks pretty good. Hoping to put them under a bit of pressure. Obviously coming into a new series quickly after a good performance against New Zealand but it’s a great opportunity to keep the momentum going.”

James Anderson scalped three wickets, while Matt Potts picked up two as England reduced India to 98/5 at one stage. But from there, the duo of Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja destroyed the English bowling attack and took the score close to 300.
