Not many fans would know him, but he is an uncapped right-arm leg-spin bowler from Mumbai. He was born on February 22, 2000. Solanki is primarily a leg-spinner, who also bats right-handed.

Cricbuzz has stated in his bio that he varies his pace and also bowls a good googly which can trouble the batters. Since Solanki has not played in the IPL, he will be like a mystery for some teams. Also, if the IPL happens as per the away-home format, then Solanki can enjoy bowling at the spin-friendly conditions in Chennai.
