Former Australian cricket team coach Darren Lehmann had won the IPL Championship along with Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2008. He, along with Shane Warne, played a vital role in inspiring the youngsters to the title. Lehmann featured in only two games, scoring 18 runs at a strike rate of 100. He played his last match against Kings XI Punjab.
4.Damien Martyn
Another Australian batsman who just played one season for Rajasthan Royals was Damien Martyn. The right-handed batsman, who played 208 ODIs for his nation, could only play one IPL match in 2010 against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Martyn scored 19 runs off 24 balls in that game and then never returned to the competition.
3.Shane Bond
One of the most popular foreign players in India, Shane Bond had joined the IPL in 2010, where he turned up for the Kolkata Knight Riders. Bond played eight matches for the Shahrukh Khan-owned franchise, scoring one run and scalping nine wickets. His best bowling figures were 2/24. Bond had a fantastic economy rate of 7.23 in the eight games.
