9.Muttiah Muralitharan
The mystery spinner from the Srilanka holds the record of most number of test wickets and odi wickets. He emerged as a world’s no 1 bowler.
Throughout much of his international career, Muralitharan’s action was suspected of contravening the laws of the game by straightening the bowling arm during delivery but the veteran overcomes the hurdles and became the prime bowler for his country and ended his career with 800test wickets.
He became the only Sri Lankan to be inducted into the ICC Hall of Fame and Indian fans always have a soft corner for this spinner whose native in India and eventually married an Indian girl. The mystery Asian is surely a legend of the game and loved by all parts of the world.
